We are looking for an Assistant Cafe Manager
(Full time)
Salary: 18,000-22,000 THB + Service Charge

Basic requirements:
1. Female or male aged between 24 - 35 years old ONLY
2. Competent skills in English
3. Strong command in Excel, Photoshop, Lightroom, Facebook Ad, Instragram Ad
4. Strong knowledge in cafe or restaurant management with at least 2 years experience working in the industry.

Job Description:
- Responsible for assisting the management operations of all the workflows in the cafe to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- Recruit, manage, train, and develop the team
- Assist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibility
- Manage guest enqueries in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist in setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
