• Thai nationality
• Kitchen background from within a 5 star hotel or restaurant with luxury standard
• A true passion for all things
• Good communication skills (Thai & English)
• Proven organizational skills
• Have a keen eye for details
• A strong understanding of the high standards that are demanded from a 5 star or Michelin star establishment
• Effectively manage and motivate team - lead by example, hold self to a higher standard, be a role model at all times.
• Drive to work within the pressure of a busy luxury environment
