- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับอาหารจีนเป็นอย่างดี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการบริการระดับ luxury วัฒนธรรมการกินแบบจีน
- สื่อสารภาษาไทย จีน อังกฤษ ได้
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี ช่างพูดคุย มีไหวพริบสูง สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้อย่างดี
- มีใจรักการบริการ
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะความกดดันได้ดี
